School and Educational Tours

Hello Teachers,

Thank you for your interest in our tours.  It would be great to see you and your class  of curious kids here at the farm.

Here are details about our tours:

We can accommodate small and large groups of all ages for approximately two hours.

Weconduct a bee-yard tour, a honey house tour, a beeswax candle making demonstration and a honeycomb tasting. The focus during our seminar is to continually encourage people to ask questions, and often answer with hands-on demonstrations or interactive discussions. At the conclusion of the session, each student is offered a drink of apple juice and a taste of honeycomb, and will receive a small pair of beeswax candles to take home, !

The seminar cost is $5.00 / student for supplies.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Sincerely,

  Ann, Stefan & Jaimie Board
