Pinch of salt
Honey to taste - start with 1/2 c.
5 cups water
Juice of 2 lemons
1t lemon rind
Few mint or lemonbalm leaves
In a medium pot warm the water. Add honey & salt. Mix until disolved. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, rind and finely minced herbs. Stir well. Pour over glasses filled with ice or refrigerate until cooled. Enjoy!

1T Soy Sauce
1 T Honey
1 T Lemon juice
1 T Ketchup
1t Salt
1t Pepper
On low heat mix sauce ingredients together until smooth (3min). Use a basting sauce for meats or Kabobs for the BBQ. Soak Kabob sticks in warm water before preparing with your favorite's.
BBQ until items are starting to brown (about 10mins) remembering to rotate to cook evenly and baste with each rotation to improve flavour.
